The following descriptions are to help you to pick a class that is right for you. All classes are taught by enthusiastic, highly professional, certified instructors. If you have any questions, aren’t sure what you are ready for, or just need more information, please ask any of our staff. Remember to pace yourself, and drink lots of water before, during, and after class.

Class Descriptions

This class simulates outdoor biking on our indoor Schwinn Spinner Elites. It’s an intense lower body workout that is perfect for all levels - beginners to advance. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF BIKES. PLEASE CALL TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS.

This class changes each week! Participants may do kickboxing, Hi-Lo aerobics, step, dance aerobics, Interval/circuit training, and much more! It is a great way to battle that exercise boredom! This class is great for all ages.

A cardio workout that changes every week! This class is a mix of all things cardio so there’s never a chance for boredom!!

Tone & firm those core muscles with this class that uses a Resist-a-Ball, along with other moves and equipment, for the look everyone wants. Good for all ages and all levels.

A totally unique, dance-inspired exercise program that uses a weight on a bundle. You will swing, slim, and sculpt your entire body making it strong and chiseled. The easy moves are set to incredible, upbeat music for a fast, fun, intermediate class.

That’s right – Zumba is finally here! Come and dance away those unwanted pounds, tone your body, or just come to have fun! Good for all ages and all levels.

All the fun of Zumba plus toning work to sleek and shape those arms while sleeking and shaping those legs! Good for all ages and levels.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular & muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with on-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated & standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, & range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises & a final relaxation will promote stress reduction & mental activity.
